The Central Arizona Board of REALTORS®, abbreviated CABR, is a professional organization for real estate professionals who sell real property, and businesses working in or with the real estate industry. CABR provides a variety of services to its members including education, affinity programs and legislative representation, as well as membership in the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Members who hold the title REALTOR® are licensed real estate professionals who choose to voluntarily subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics that is above and beyond the law. The word REALTOR® is a registered trademark that can only be used by members of a local, state and national association of REALTORS®. People who do not subscribe to the strict Code of Ethics are not members of a REALTOR® association and are simply real estate licensees.
Today, Members of the Central Arizona Board of REALTORS® are active in many areas throughout our region including a wide variety of voluntary boards, commissions, charity foundations, and also devote thousands of hours to help enhance the quality of life in Rim Country area.
